Distant Services

To avail the facility of diet programmes for the persons who are not able to visit the clinic so often or are living distant ,diets can be done through

• Email service: medical history form will be send through mail and then nutritionist will send diet for 2-3days through emails.
• online service: medical history will be filled through phone and diet will be prescribed for 2-3 days and then patient has to take appointment for next call .
