Yoghurt sauted mushroom

 SPICY YET HEALTHY
  INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
a. MUSHROOM
50GMS
b. OIL
1 tsp
c. AJWAIN(CRUSHED)
1 tsp
d. ONION 1 chopped
e. GARAM MASALA ½ tsp
f. GREEN CHILLIES 1-2
g. GINGER ½ inch
h. RED CHILLI POWEDER ½ tsp
i. DHANIA
½ tsp
j. CURD ½ cup
 

METHOD

  • Heat oil in nonstick pan and add ajwain to it.
  • Add onions, green chilies and ginger.
  • Add mushroom. Cook covered with constant stirring.
  • Add chilli and dhania powder.
  • Blend in beaten curd, garam masala and salt.
  • Cook till curd dries up and coats the mushroom.
  • Serve hot.
   
   

Grilled Sesame Finger

 GOOD TO TASTE AND HEALTHY TO EAT
  INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
a. WHOLEWHEAT BREAD
2 Slices
b. BUTTER (AMUL LITE)
½ tsp
c. POTATO(BOILED & MASHED) 1
d. OIL 1 tsp
e. GREEN CHILLIES 1 tsp
f. CORIANDER LEAVES ½ tsp
g. LEMONJUICE
½ tsp
h. TIL 1 tsp
i. SALT

To Taste
j. CUMIN SEEDS ½ cup
 

METHOD

  • Roast Til Seeds.
  • Trim The Edges of Bread and Butter the Slice.Heat Oven to 210C and Grill Till Crisp (5-7 Min)
  • Heat Oil in a Pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies, Mashed Potato, Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves and Salt, Mix Well.
  • Spread Mix on Toasts and Sprinkle Sesame Seeds.
  • Heat Oven to 210 C and Grill the Toast for 2-3 min. Cut Slice into 3-4 Fingers.
  • Serve Hot with Green Chutney/Dip

Crispy Beans

METHOD

  • Thread and cut beans in to 2-3 pcs,boil water with 1/4tsp salt.add beans and boil for about 2 mins til slighty soft.don't let it become too soft if should be crunchy,wipe and dry.
  • Mix ginger, garlic paste, amchur, ajwain, salt, red chilli pwd,colour marinate beans with the paste
  • Just before seving heat oil sprinkle besan/atta/bran on beans and shallow fry.
  • Served with sprinkled chaat masala
