METHOD |
- Heat oil in nonstick pan and add ajwain to it.
- Add onions, green chilies and ginger.
- Add mushroom. Cook covered with constant stirring.
- Add chilli and dhania powder.
- Blend in beaten curd, garam masala and salt.
- Cook till curd dries up and coats the mushroom.
- Serve hot.

METHOD |

Roast Til Seeds.

Trim The Edges of Bread and Butter the Slice.Heat Oven to 210C and Grill Till Crisp (5-7 Min)

Heat Oil in a Pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies, Mashed Potato, Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves and Salt, Mix Well.

Spread Mix on Toasts and Sprinkle Sesame Seeds.

Heat Oven to 210 C and Grill the Toast for 2-3 min. Cut Slice into 3-4 Fingers.

Serve Hot with Green Chutney/Dip

METHOD |

Thread and cut beans in to 2-3 pcs,boil water with 1/4tsp salt.add beans and boil for about 2 mins til slighty soft.don't let it become too soft if should be crunchy,wipe and dry.

Mix ginger, garlic paste, amchur, ajwain, salt, red chilli pwd,colour marinate beans with the paste

Just before seving heat oil sprinkle besan/atta/bran on beans and shallow fry.

Served with sprinkled chaat masala
